2nd Grade Round-Up

On Friday, April 4^th during Kindergarten round-up in the K-1 classroom, I had 2^nd grade round-up.  We started off with a writing activity of an acrostic Easter poem.  Afterwards while some students worked on decorating bags for Earth day, others used potatoes that were cut to look like Easter eggs and then painted they placed them in their basket.  As this year quickly winds down I will miss the 3^rd graders that will be leaving my room, but also excited to have new students enter 2^nd grade!
