Wake Up to Jesus!

This year’s theme for Catholic Schools Week was ‘Raise the Standards’.  Throughout the week we focused on how our school can raise the standards through faith and service. 

We kicked off Catholic Schools Week on Monday January 28^th with Wake Up to Jesus!  We all got to wear our pajamas to school.  The teachers served the students breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage.  All the students enjoyed coming to school in their pajamas and having breakfast at school.  The students worked on decorating breakfast bags for people in our community who receive meals on wheels.  We also had a pay it forward jar and students were encouraged to bring their loose change to fill the jar.
